Product Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your results, we have a “bottom of the bottle” guarantee on all of our products. Simply return the opened/empty bottles within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Please call 1-866-607-8092, within 30 days, to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to provide you with all of the necessary information on how to return your order. We recommend that, when returning product for a refund, you ship it to us prepaid U.S. Mail. Our return address is printed at the top of this Packing Slip. Please make sure you include a copy of the packing list with your returned product. We do not accept C.O.D.s and return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
